Update on July 2020 Lenny Alexander Reedsburg LL Tournament

As COVID-19 ravages our country, we understand that decisions must be made by
Little League programs all across the state. We know that all of you will be faced with the
unpleasant task of possibly cancelling your summer season and withdrawing from tournaments.
Currently, Reedsburg Little League is riding out this storm with hope that something great
happens in the near future and we are able to salvage some of our season along with the Lenny
Alexander Tournament.
With our Tournament being set at the last weekend of July, it gives us a bit longer window to
assess the situation and see what the coming weeks provide. Not a perfect situation by any
means, but we hope for the best. With this in mind, our tournament will not have a refund
deadline for any of the teams who are currently signed up to play. We are going to hold the
spots for all of our teams and if the tournament does indeed need to be cancelled, full refunds
will be sent to every team regardless of any listed deadline.
Our hope is that the later date of our tournament allows us a little more time to give the kids a
chance to play in a weekend event even if their full seasons may have been cancelled or
abbreviated due to these unforeseen circumstances. Our board will be evaluating the situation
weekly and updates will be sent on a regular basis. Thank you for your patience and
understanding.
